PADS CAN BE USEFUL FOR PROBLEMS BELOW:

  1. Menstrual cramps
  2. Back pain
  3. Discharge (white/yellowish)
  4. Irregular menstrual cycle
  5. Unpleasant odour
  6. Cut
  7. Asthma
  8. Fever
  9. Neck pain
  10. Migraine
  11. Knee joint pain
  12. Premenstrual pain
  13. Itchiness
  14. Fibroid
  15. Bacterial infection
  16. Trying to conceive
  17. Always tired
  18. Unhealthy womb/uterus
  19. Flatulence/wind/bloatedness
  20. Urinary retention

External Use:

  1. Wind/bloatedness - wet pad with water, and stick it on tummy
  2. Sprain/boil/blister - cover affected area using pad soaked in water
  3. Headache/migraine - stick it on the forehead with sticker side out
  4. cough/cold- stick pad on chest
  5. Can be used as scrub on face or body - remove the rectangle dry inner layer from either day/night pad. soak in water. and use the gel as scrub and leave it dry as mask. wash off with water.
